DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to deliver Orders paid for using the online payment service within 3 working days by Royal Mail First Class. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or a refund. First Class postage is our standard method of postage but we cannot guarantee a delivery day for this method. Larger Orders are normally sent by Next Working Day Courier at no extra charge which has proved very reliable. Should you specifically require delivery for a Saturday please contact us as there will be an extra charge. Proof of posting will always be obtained but once an item has been posted we accept no liability for losses. Any claims for loss of post must be made by buyer but we will assist in every way possible. UK OFF-SHORE DELIVERIES (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight) For certain parts of the UK both Royal Mail and our Courier charge significantly higher rates which we have no alternative but to pass on to the customer. Please contact us in you live in the areas highlighted above. EUROPEAN & WORLDWIDE DESTINATIONS We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on certain products, and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations. For delivery to overseas destinations please contact us for the most favourable international service by road or air. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available.
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. All goods should be in their original packaging with labels attached. Returns will be refunded less postage costs unless due to an error on our part. Refunds will be given by the same payment method at the original payment was received.
